In most cases the shipping address provided was incorrect. Check your order confirmation email to ensure the address provided is accurate. If so, you may want to check with neighbors. If it's still not found, please send us a note at info@boxpartie.com
All packages are shipped via USPS and UPS Ground.
Three shipping options are available
- Standard usually arrives 5-7 business days
- Expedited usually arrives 2-3 business days
- Express usually arrives 1-2 business days from date of purchase
At this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Box Partie is currently only available for delivery within the contiguous United States.
Party boxes typically ship within 3-5 business days after you place your order. If your party is right around the corner please contact Box Partie at customerservice@boxpartie.com to make sure we can get your boxes out on time.
RETURNS
Because items are customized and candy is perishable returns can not be accepted at this time.
Box Partie creates your party itinerary and items specifically for you. The process has been designed to ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Once your order is received, it's hard to make changes if your items have started to process. Please contact us at info@boxpartie.com with your order number to request a cancel or change. If your items have not started to be made then we are happy to accommodate you.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I am always happy to create custom themes for customers. Some of my best selling themes have been created from ideas from my customers.
The timing for custom orders depend on the size of your party and the items you want created. Typically it's 1-3 days to turn create a theme
