In most cases the shipping address provided was incorrect. Check your order confirmation email to ensure the address provided is accurate. If so, you may want to check with neighbors. If it's still not found, please send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org
All packages are shipped via USPS and UPS Ground.
Three shipping options are available
- Standard usually arrives 5-7 business days
- Expedited usually arrives 2-3 business days
- Express usually arrives 1-2 business days from date of purchase
At this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Box Partie is currently only available for delivery within the contiguous United States.
Party boxes typically ship within 3-5 business days after you place your order. If your party is right around the corner please contact Box Partie at email@example.com to make sure we can get your boxes out on time.
Because items are customized and candy is perishable returns can not be accepted at this time.
Box Partie creates your party itinerary and items specifically for you. The process has been designed to ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Once your order is received, it's hard to make changes if your items have started to process. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to request a cancel or change. If your items have not started to be made then we are happy to accommodate you.
Prices vary depending if you are customizing one of our templates, or creating from scratch. Please see the custom catalog for detailed prices.
The timing for custom orders depend on the size of your party and the items you customize. Typically for t-shirts and candy it's 1 week but for scratch cards and scratchers it could take up to 3-4 weeks.
